This week's spotlight - E Judith Murray
Judith’s paintings and drawings of landscapes are her response to the local scenes she sees every day as she walks, rides, or drives through the beautiful Scottish Borders. These paintings are glimpses and fragments of the rolling hills and the colours and
moods we take for granted.
Judith works with watercolour, acrylic paint, coloured pencils and sometimes introduces collage work to try to emulate the beauty around her.
“It gives us great pleasure to show Judith’s work in our Gallery as one of our most recent new artists. Her work is beautifully produced reflecting the natural landscapes which, as she states herself, we tend to take of granted”. David H Wallace – Gallery Owner
