Our magazine today features: "Elements 3" A Festival of Jewellery, Silver and Gold by The Incorporation of Goldsmiths and Lyon & Turnbull - 2 to 5 November The stunning showrooms of Lyon & Turnbull in Central Edinburgh will host this four day festival of silver and gold. Earlier festivals have been a runaway success and Elements 3 is set to be even better. Along with the exhibition, there will be a variety of events and a fair where some of the UK’s most exquisite work in silver and jewellery will be on sale. The Festival is produced by the Incorporation of Goldsmiths and Lyon & Turnbull, a privately owned international auction house, founded in 1826. The Incorporation of Goldsmiths of the City of Edinburgh is a non-profit organisation set up by Royal Charter in 1687. Today it is the oldest consumer protection group in Scotland and it is believed to be the oldest continuously existing business of any kind in the country. Here is a small selection of what can be seen at Elements 3.
